Host Families Needed for school year.
We are the host family for a young man from Germany. The organization we worked with has a need to place several high school students for the school year.
If you have some space and would be willing to host someone contact me at 233-5470.

Please keep the Credi family (one of our North Shore Dr. neighbors) in your prayers.
Greg (dad) was involved in a very serious car accident in St. Louis Tues Dec. 23.
He has done amazingly well considering his considerable injuries but has a long recovery ahead of him.

There is benefit smoker for Chuck DeLeu being held at the Firefighters Union Hall on February 21st. Music will be provided by Parkovash, The Killer Bees and The Soul Riders. Donations are ten dollars and all proceeds will go directly to Chuck and his family. Chuck is battling cancer and with long stays in Indianapolis hospitals this has become a financial strain on the family.
The DeLeu family lived on Northshore Drive for many years and were a vital part of this neighborhood. The band Parkovash started in the Luckerts basement on Marquette Ave in the 70’s and has stood the test of time. All the original members will be there and that alone is a testimony to the greatness of the Parkovash neighborhood. In fact all the bands playing at this benefit have ties to this neighborhood and have generously offered to help out.
