I nominate the whole Pennino clan for the neighborhood spotlight.
Maybe it’s just because they make up 10% of the neighborhood in sheer numbers, but it seems whenever you want to get something done, you need to involve the Penninos.
They always have great ideas and are more than willing to donate time, money, durable goods and enthusiasm.
What would this neighborhood be like without the Penninos?

I’d like to introduce to you Brian and Heather Gray. We’ve had the privelage of knowing the Gray family for a couple years now, having hung out with them both in Los Angeles, where both our families lived before South Bend, and here in SB as well.
I worked with Brian at United Online (NetZero | Juno | Classmates.com) for a number of years, and am grateful to have the opportunity to work with him again at Press Ganey. He’s an incredibly talented development engineer as well as professional Lego builder.
He and his wife are wonderful hosts, fun to hang out with and always go out of their way to help others. Did I mention that they are both gourmet chefs as well? Just try Brian’s French cuisine Duck Confit after 30 days of preperation – Sai’ Magnificent!
